AI & automation for North Idaho businesses
I build AI automations with local owners — then stay on as the partner you call when questions come up. Practical, local, and built around the way your business actually works.
Who I am
I'm not an agency. I run my own companies here in Coeur d'Alene, and every system I build for you is one I'd run in my own shop first. That's the difference between renting advice and working with a partner who lives with the results.
These numbers are from my own businesses — not client testimonials.
My military patch e-commerce brand. AI now helps me manage the content of thousands of SKUs — product descriptions, updates, purchasing, receiving, and marketing content.
A local rental business I built from scratch this year — with built-in booking schedulers, automated SMS communication, a live interactive blog, and an operations dashboard, all running from day one.
A real, working iPhone app I built — currently in review on the App Store. I build things that ship, not just slide decks.
Sound familiar?
The same 4–5 tasks eat your week
Quotes, follow-ups, invoices, scheduling — hours of copy-paste work you already know by heart.
Too much AI noise, no time to sort it
Every week there's a new tool, a new promise. Nobody's telling you what actually applies to your business.
The feeling of quietly falling behind
You suspect competitors are already using this — and every month you wait, the gap grows.
Who this is for
You're doing $500K–$3M a year.
You run on 3+ pieces of software that don't talk to each other.
The same 2–5 manual tasks eat your team's week.
You're ready to move in the next 30 days.
You want to learn AI, not just rent it.
How it works
01 · Discovery Call
15 minutes. Free.
Free
We talk about your business and whether this is a fit. I promise you'll leave with at least one great takeaway — even if we never work together.
Stop here? Totally fine — the takeaway is on me.
02 · Assessment
30 minutes, then your roadmap.
$250–500 · credited toward your first Build
I sit down with you and dig into how your business actually runs. You get a written ops report showing exactly where automation and AI can help — and in what order.
Stop here? Also fine — the roadmap is yours to keep.
03 · First Win
One Build, live in weeks.
Typically $1,500–2,500
We pick the single automation with the biggest payoff and build it together — in your business, not a slide deck about it. You own it and learn it.
Stop here? Also fine — the system is yours, and it keeps working.
Then, if the first Build earns it
Stay on, and I become your on-call CDA Partner. Two depths:
Build Partner
~$3,000–5,000 setup + $750–1,000/mo
2–3 Builds, a monthly working session, priority access — and we keep finding the next win together. When questions come up, you know who to call.
Full Command Center
~$5,000–7,500 setup + $1,500–2,500/mo
Your whole repetitive-task stack handled, a standing AI roadmap, team training — I function as your outsourced automation department.
Ballparks, not menus — every Build is quoted on your outcome before we start. No surprises.
One working automation, in plain words — a system that does a job your team currently does by hand. Every Build gets a name, because it does the work of a helper you'd otherwise hire. These are the ones owners ask for most:
The Quote Chaser
Follows up on every estimate at the right moments until it gets an answer — so none of them quietly go cold.
A classic first Build for service businesses
The Invoice Nudge
Sends polite, persistent reminders on overdue invoices until you're paid — you get your money without being the bad guy.
A favorite for anyone who invoices
The Bridge
Carries information between the apps you already use, so nobody re-types the same customer, job, or order twice.
For every business running 3+ tools
The Lead Catcher
Answers and logs every new inquiry within minutes, any hour — so no lead sits overnight while a competitor calls back first.
For anyone whose leads arrive after hours
The Front Desk
Booking confirmations, reminders, customer updates, and the review ask at just the right moment — all sent for you by text.

The Inbox Sorter
Sorts your email and drafts the routine replies in your voice — waiting for a one-click approve each morning.

The process
Most "AI help" starts with a demo and ends with a subscription. This starts with homework. Here's exactly what working with me looks like, start to finish:
You apply
Ten questions, three minutes. Your answers reach me before we ever talk, so no call time is wasted on basics.
A 30-minute assessment call
We walk through how your business actually runs — the tools, the handoffs, the tasks that eat your week.
You get a written AI & Ops report
Not a sales pitch — a document. Where the hours are going, what they're costing you in real dollars, and which fixes pay back first.
Your first Build is scoped
One automation, chosen for the biggest payoff, quoted on the outcome before we start. No surprises.
We build it together
In your business, with you in the room — so you understand what you now own instead of renting a mystery.
You own it
The system, the accounts, the know-how — yours. No long contracts, no lock-in. Depth is the service, never the trap.
I take on four new partners a month — one a week — so each one gets my full attention.

The application
This form is how I make sure I can actually help before either of us spends an hour on a call. Takes 3 minutes — and you're free to stop here if it's not right for you.
Got it — your answers reach me before we talk.
