Popular Patch is my military patch e-commerce brand — thousands of SKUs, real inventory, real customers. It's where I learned what AI is actually good for: today it handles product content, customer email, and weekly marketing, saving me roughly twenty hours every week. My grandfather, Don McGrogan, was a Navy senior chief; Popular Patch grew out of his world.
Tote Movers is a local rental business I built from scratch this year. I stood it up with booking and operations automated from day one — proof that these systems work for a Main-Street business, not just for software companies.
And I ship software — real, working software, including an iPhone app headed to the App Store. When I say "build," I mean something that runs in your business, not a strategy document.
